All scholarship concessions or Fee Waivers will be confirmed only after a final interview from the student and if student does not show up or does not accept the seat, chance for student who is in next level will be given. Same process continues till the seat offered by Adept Master is filled. Any Registration Fee or Admission Fee (If charged) need to be made before enrolment is finalized. A student after qualifying AME Test and after enrolment confirmation at any center will be bound by the rules & regulations of Adept Master center and in all matters whatsoever the responsibility will be of that particular centre only. Any type of Scholarship/Fee Waiver/Concession/Discount given to the students may attract Service Tax/ GST to be paid by the students/parents if levied by the Govt. or as per law at any point of time will be charged/recovered from the student/parents. If a student is given 100% Fee Waiver, student may not be charged any amount on account of Admission and Tuition fee (Except Admin Charges & Exam fee) depending on Adept Master discretion, but Service Tax or GST thereupon, if any, levied by the Govt. or as per law at any point of time will be charged/recovered from the student/parents.

While writing AME Test online or any such entrance test or Adept Master products/services usage, student is deemed to have accepted Adept Master terms and conditions as follows. Adept Master reserves the right to add, delete, alter or modify these terms and conditions at any point of time. Student is therefore advised to read these terms and conditions every time they use our portal. Adept Master reserves the right to accept or reject any application or request from student.

1. User is at least eighteen years of age or has the consent of a parent or guardian

2. Only latest and updated terms and conditions will be displayed in our website replacing all our previous terms

3. All products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Adept Master

4. Adept Master reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product or service, which is listed at an incorrect price. Slot booking has to be done ONLINE ONLY and payment also should be made ONLINE ONLY. We are not responsible for any cash payments to anyone. We accept only online payments (Credit Card, Debit Bank, Net Banking, Wire Transfer)

6. No Refunds or Cancellations, No Part Payment Refunds, No Partial Refunds or any full refunds under any circumstances shall be entertained once processed in our portal or in our premises

7. If the student misses to attempt the exam in selected slot, Adept Master Entrance (AME) Test amount will not be refunded

8. During the course, laptop will be provided by Adept Master which will be permanently given to respective student after Successful completion of course

9. Adept Master is not liable for any delay or non delivery of purchased goods or products (Online & offline) by vendors, trade organization, shops, floods, fire, wars or any cause which is beyond Adept Master control or purview

10. User shall use our portal services for lawful purpose only

11. Adept Master reserves the right to confirm and validate the information provided by user and thereby approve or disapprove any user from using our services with or without prior intimation

12. Adept Master is not responsible for any inconvenience or damage suffered by its users while surfing or using the online services or products in our portal and clearly agrees whole usage is at Users sole risk

13. Job Mela Terms & Conditions: JOB MELA details such as List of Companies Participating, Companies Names, Mela Date and other details will be updated by Adept Master in our website. We make the best of our efforts to update the latest information as early as possible before the event date(s). JOB MELA is an event where Adept Master tried to invite IT & Non IT Companies with Job Requirement and they will interview the selected persons then and there. If selected in the interview or as per the interviewing company process, they might be selected as per the interviewing company HR Policies. JOB MELA will be conducted exclusively for students who have written Adept Master Entrance (AME) Test and it will be a FREE ENTRY for only who have attempted our online Adept Master Entrance (AME) Test

14. Free Online Access Terms & Conditions: All students who attempt our online Adept Master Entrance (AME) Test will be given Free Online Access to our Course material. Whatever material we use for our Classroom training, we give same material access. Students can make the best usage of our Course material

15. Adept Master reserves the right to disqualify the selected students based on certain factors such as Indiscipline, Unfair Means, Irregular Attendance, Not Responding, Not Attending Exams etc to name a few. Its Adept Master final discretion in such matters. No fee or part fee or exam fee shall never be refunded in any case and whatsoever circumstances might be

16. Exam Fee, Registration Fee or Admission Fee or whatever fee paid, once processed will not be refunded under any circumstances. Irrespective of student getting admission or not, amount once paid will not be refunded or cancelled

17. Fully filled application forms (as per mandatory fields intimation) only shall be considered for further steps

18. Parents or guardians will be allowed to meet students only with prior appointment in Adept Master premises, unless if its an emergency

19. Adept Master is not responsible for any loss or damage due to unforeseen events or mishap in Adept Master premises which are out of control of Adept Master such as earthquake, floods, fire, electric short circuit, Undue or Unnecessary Stress felt by Student, Uninformed Health Complications of Student, war, bomb, terror attacks

20. Adept master reserves the right to use the Student photograph, name, details etc for publicity in case Adept Master wants to promote or display in our portal or Ads with or without prior intimation

21. Any change in correspondence address, phone, email etc should be intimated to registered office

22. In case any parent/guardian/student is found misbehaving with any staff member of Adept Master, his/her ward can be rusticated and no claim to retain such student will be entertained. Adept Master decision will be final in such cases

23. Any updates or timings or changes are purely subjected to Adept Master with or without prior notice or intimation

24. Transaction fees charged would not be refunded/ reversed for any refund or reversal of any transaction

25. Transaction fees charged would be borne by cardholder for any payment
